Negotiation Competition Finals Debrief

A Debrief of the Competition Finals Negotiation
  • At this special debriefing we will review the outcome and reflect together as a group to distill some lessons-learned about the negotiation process and about the relationship moves that we saw and experienced at the negotiation "table". We will discuss how these impacted the substantive outcome, and we will also use this unique opportunity to discuss openly as a group, and maybe openly between the negotiating players, what negotiation moves impacted the process and relationship (for example, what is it that one party did that caused trust to be eroded, or the process to seem unfair?).
  • Participation in the debrief will be free for the finalists, and offered at a discounted price for participants of the competition.
